Beacons in the Apostles: A Kayak Adventure

Mission Statement To develop resiliency in youth by fostering on-going mentoring relationships between students of Minneapolis Public Schools and adult professionals from the Twin Cities. We will accomplish this by collaboratively researching topics related to science and the history of the Lake Superior region; by developing kayaking, camping, and expedition related skills; and by planning a sea kayak expedition in the Apostle Islands.
